Service Description

I believe in the power of our stories to heal and bring understanding. That's why I created Sharing Our Stories: The Course (SOS). SOS is a 25-session interactive course that does a deep dive into your journey with trichotillomania. The course is broken up into 5 parts, each 5 sessions long, and covers topics such as self-love and self-acceptance with the hair-pulling disorder, tools for managing triggers, and tips for advocating for yourself. Join me and discover the power of story to help you reclaim your life.

Cancellation Policy

Refunds for SOS or Life Coaching services will only be issued if: The attendee did not access any portion of the online course AND the attendee requests a refund, in writing via email within three business days of the start date. There will be no refunds for any online courses (or materials) once a course has been accessed in any manner.
